I'm Joshua — personal trainer, prep coach, and the guy behind CNQR Fitness & Nutrition. Before I started coaching anyone else, I had to rebuild myself first. I lost over 200 pounds of my own, then went on to compete in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. That dual experience shaped my approach to powerbuilding — strength and physique work built into one program. So when I'm coaching you, this isn't theory. It's lived experience.
