CNQR Fitness & Nutrition ("CNQR," "we," "us," "I") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect from visitors of cnqrtraining.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. It's written in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit the application form on this website, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your age (optional)
- Information about your training goals, experience, injuries, and availability
- Your training type preference (in-person, online, hybrid, nutrition, contest prep)
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising scripts, or analytics that collect personal data passively. The site does not follow you around the internet.
How we use it
Information from the application form is used only to:
- Determine whether we're a good fit for coaching together
- Follow up with you to schedule a free consultation call
- Tailor coaching recommendations based on your specific situation
Who we share it with
Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. The application form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to the private CNQR email inbox. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to data passing through their service — you can review them at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
We keep application data only as long as needed to follow up and serve you. If you do not become a client, your information is removed from active records after we've responded. If you become a client, training-related records are kept for the duration of our coaching relationship plus a reasonable period after, for record-keeping.
Your rights
You can ask at any time that we delete the information we have on file by emailing cnqrtraining@gmail.com. We'll confirm deletion within 30 days. You can also request a copy of what we hold.
Children
CNQR coaching is not directed at minors under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 through this website. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we'll remove it.
Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page along with a new effective date.
